Housing in London

Housing in London

Housing in London is arranged by the Ithaca College London Center.

All ICLC students will be housed in double rooms. We work with SAS to try to provide single rooms for students who have accommodations already arranged at their home campus, but we cannot guarantee singles. Each case will be reassessed by SAS based on available housing and in consultation with ICLC staff.

Rooms may be in studios (shared by 2 students) or in 2- or 3-bedroom flats (shared by 4 to 6 students).

Housing in London is in short supply and high demand, so we strive to provide the best possible accommodations for all students.

Students who request a roommate will be randomly assigned to a studio or a 2- to 3-bedroom flat. While we may not be able to accommodate all group housing requests due to room configurations, we will do our best.

If you do not request a roommate, one will be assigned to you based on the preferences you provide in the London Housing Agreement form, which can be found on Terradotta after acceptance.

All housing is located within a 60-minute commute via Tube to Gloucester Road station, the closest stop to ICLC. While we try to minimize commute times where possible, remember that you're coming to London to live like a Londoner—very few people here have a commute shorter than 45 to 60 minutes.

All housing includes one or two bathrooms, a kitchen or kitchenette, and desks within the flat or studio, along with access to common areas in the building. Bedding, basic kitchenware, and weekly cleaning services will be provided.
