Receive your mail all across the Ithaca College campus.

All letter mail is available for pickup at the Campus Store. All packages will be delivered to the student QTrak locker boxes.

How To Use Qtrak

You must download and use the app to access packages delivered to the locker box. QTrak lockers can be found in the following locations:

  • Circles Community Center
  • Towers Concourse Hallway
  • Terrace 1 - Second Floor Mezzanine
  • Quads - Basement Bogart Hall
  • Gardens - Garden 27

Download the App on GOOGLE PLAY or APPLE STORE

  1. After downloading the app, Users will need to enter the following information into the MMS App to activate the app: 
    1. Customer ID: 1077
    2. Email Address: This will be your school or work email associated with the account.
    3. Contact ID/Unique ID Number: This will be your Student ID or other Unique ID number, and this may also be provided for you by your School/Organization. 
  2. Enter all the information in the App. 
  3. The user will be emailed a one-time 6-digit password (OTP) and enter it into the App. 
  4. Now enter and confirm your password. You should now be in the application and can manage your account.
  5. This is the only time you need to sign into the application using the fields below. Just the password will be needed when you log into the app. 
    1. CustomerID 
    2. Email Address
    3. Contact/Unique Identifier
