We are responsible stewards of the campus buildings: Through the services we provide we embrace a sense of responsibility that demands that we fulfill our mission in a manner that is friendly to humans and the environment. In keeping with our vision to maintain the campus effectively, Facilities Services affirms its commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainability. ‘Green’ cleaning comprises a program affecting our choice of cleaning solutions, practices, and equipment with a goal of environmentally conscious cleaning and sanitation procedures.

We listen to our customers: Facilities Services strives to provide outstanding customer service to the campus community with continued evaluation of performances, services and equipment used.

We continuously strive to improve: We have recently implemented Service Level Agreements and we meet regularly with our customers to assess their needs and to provide the highest quality service.
