Back by Popular Demand: Pure Essence Vibrations Returns for Sound Healing!

Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses vibrations generated by voices as well as instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, drums, tuning forks, and rattles. Pure Essence Vibrations is returning to Ithaca College by popular request on May 1st from 5 to 6 in Muller Chapel, offering a second opportunity for sound healing. Come and immerse yourself in an hour-long sound immersion and meditation to rest and recharge! This program is open to everyone in the IC community. No prior experience with meditation is needed.

This is a fantastic opportunity to cultivate mindfulness, connect with others, and nurture your well-being. Realization Process Meditation Practices When: Mondays, 5:00 to 5:30 pm Where: Muller Chapel Join us for Realization Process Meditation, a practice designed to help participants foster a sense of presence and clarity.

Adding Pond Reflections to your weekly schedule will ensure that you have an allotted time to focus on wellness and self. Overlooking the beautiful Chapel Pond, Muller Chapel is the perfect indoor space to take advantage of a beautiful outdoor view. Spending time in nature, or observing nature, has been shown to have health benefits. With cell phones on silent, this time at the chapel is dedicated to being the perfect environment for activities such as meditation, observation, and breath work.

Join the Ithaca College chapter of Students Against Destructive Decisions at our weekly meeting time. During these meetings we will work together on planning different student-led, peer to peer outreach focused on topics such as traffic safety, substance abuse prevention, and personal health and wellness decision making. Meetings are open, and we encourage individuals that are interested in joining our organization to join us!
