Thank you for your interest in planning an event or scheduling a meeting at the Ithaca College Athletics and Events Center. To begin the planning process, please submit the form below that is most appropriate for your event.
Scheduling and Reservations
Ithaca College Community Members (Non-Student Organizations)
Please submit your request via 25LivePro. Once approved, your request will be sent to the respective Scheduler for the space you are requesting then you will receive a confirmation email confirming the details of your event.
Non-Ithaca College Community Members
Please call the Campus Center and Events Services office at (607) 274-3313 and the staff will be happy to assist you.
Student Organizations
If you are planning an event for a registered student organization, please submit your request at /sacl/osema/studentorg/venuerequest/ or view location availability and submit your request via the College’s new web-based scheduling application 25LivePro.
Your request will be forwarded to the Office of Student Engagement and Multicultural Affairs for approval then onto the respective Scheduler for the space you are requesting. After your request is approved by the appropriate Scheduler you will receive confirmation via email.
Note: The Office of Campus Center and Event Services will soon require all requests be submitted through 25LivePro, so please access this web page to familiarize yourself with the system.
