What’s the tea? Spill it with Quinten. Life is a movie and YOU are the main character. A Television-Radio alum from 2021, Q has been calling Ithaca home for quite some time. Originally from Pennsylvania with small dreams, work with Quinten to realize your full potential inside and outside of the classroom. When not helping students in their college journey, he enjoys running, eating ice cream, and transforming into Queen Tessential, a rising star in the Ithaca drag scene. In addition to being a student success coach, Quinten oversees the Leave of Absence and Withdrawal process, so be sure to connect with Q about finding your success at IC or if it is about taking a break.

Do great things come in small packages? They sure do! Standing tall at 4’11", former horn player and educator, Jessica’s symphony of experiences spans continents - while playing with the with the Sarajevo Philharmonic Orchestra, she found Molly the Bosnian Dog, creating a harmonious duo. Jessica’s areas of expertise include overcoming procrastination, facilitating academic recovery, and nurturing a growth mindset. When she’s not hitting high notes, you’ll find her basking in sunshine, savoring life, and making the world a brighter place!

On a mission to keep his title of most tattooed Success Coach! Julian is a first-gen college graduate with a PhD and ADHD. He is a former relationship scientist and is currently the CSS ambassador to the MLK Scholar program. Julian’s approach prioritizes building a space where students can feel comfortable sharing their struggles, their successes, and everything in between. Meetings with Julian often focus on time management skills, self-reflection, and building authentic connections with yourself and others.

A spice- loving soul from India, who loves to pet dogs. Her mission? To build connections, promote wellness, and empower students and athletes to reach their own defined success. As a former international athlete, I recognize that grit and resilience is as important as self-compassion and rest. Always ready to chit-chat over a hot cup of chai or iced mocha with a cheerful smile. As a student success coach, I help student athletes find balance, assist international students with smooth transition and culture shock, work with students to learn about their experience at IC.
