Our Student Success Coaches are here to help you thrive!

How We Make a Difference

Student Success coaches are dedicated individuals who work closely with students to support their personal and academic development. We engage in collaborative conversations, guiding students through a journey of self-discovery and goal setting at Ithaca College. We assist students to be the architects of their best college experiences.

Through active listening, targeted questioning, and constructive feedback, coaches foster self-awareness and help students make informed decisions. The coaching relationship is built on trust, accountability, and a commitment to the student's holistic well-being, ensuring a transformative experience during their college journey. We encourage students to sign up for their coaching appointment early in the semester to get the most benefit from coaching, but the next best time is today!

It's not about struggling alone; it's about thriving together. Do not hesitate to drop by and connect with the fantastic resources and campus partners available. Embrace the support, because asking for help is a sign of strength, and we're all on this journey together!
