Canvas Support:

  • Canvas support is available 24/7/365 by logging into Canvas and clicking on the HELP icon located in the vertical menu bar on the left side of the screen.  Canvas support is available via phone, chat, or email. 

Information Technology Service Desk FALL Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm (Closed on holidays)
  • Friday: 8:00 am - 5 pm
  • Sunday: noon - 5:00 pm
