"So You Want a Career?" NYS Broadcasters Association Event

Presented by the New York State Broadcasters Association in cooperation with Ithaca's Roy H. Park School of Communications, attend to learn how to jump start your career in media and broadcast communications.

Leading broadcast executives, on-air news and sports talent, producers, marketing experts and account executives from across New York State will be on campus to provide tips for securing internships and jobs and to answer questions.

The event is broken into five one-hour panels, including free lunch and prizes. Come and go as your schedule allows.

'AfroDixieRemixes': The Ithaca Responses

This evening’s presentation will feature the listening of various tracks from the “AfroDixieRemixes” collection, along with the responses of a small group of 4-5 people from the Ithaca College community.

The event will also include a historical introduction of the song “Dixie” and additional “AfroDixieRemixes” music videos.
