Soccer Tennis League

Soccer Tennis League starts on 4/4 in Glazer Arena.Recreation and Competitive divisions available.Register on recreation.ithaca.eduUsing a tennis court, participants will use their soccer skill to get the ball over the net to the other team.

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.
**Zoom meeting information will be sent to registered participants 20-30 minutes before the class start time**

Tuesdays 5:30pm - 6:30pm (Fitness Center)
Wednesdays 5:00pm - 6:00pm (Fitness Center)
Fridays 3:00pm - 4:00pm (Zoom)
