What are the top business trends shaping higher education in 2020 and what are the strategic technologies that universities should be implementing to respond to these trends? In this session we will cover analysis of both the higher education business trends and strategic technologies and show that they reflect a broader set of themes or meta-trends affecting higher education today. Identifying and understanding the themes across the broader ecosystem enables CIOs to see the forces of change and the opportunities currently impacting higher education.

Calling all content managers of ithaca.edu websites! The IC Web Team will be holding open support hours every Friday during the spring semester, beginning Feb. 7.

Bring your questions about Drupal, Web Profile Manager (WPM), site migration, site architecture, content types, or any other web-related topic and the team will do their best to answer.

The Division of Marketing and Enrollment Strategy provides complimentary headshots for current faculty and staff during two photo events, once held in the fall and spring semester.

No appointments are needed; sittings are first-come, first-served. Each sitting should take no more than 5 minutes.

What to expect:

The CSCRE is moving forward with plans to develop a CSCRE major, and we want to include students in the process. Envisioning the Major: Student Input Session will be your chance to share your opinions and ideas with the CSCRE faculty. As Roots and Routes has taught us, students have been critical to challenging and changing the university. As the CSCRE continues to grow, we firmly believe that student voices need to be heard and to look forward to this collaboration.

ICTV is Ithaca College's student-operated television production organization serving 26,000 Tompkins County cable households with a variety of community oriented programming. The station's programming airs locally on Spectrum Channel 16 and also streams at ictv.org.

Current students will hear advice from young alumni about their experiences at IC and their transition to the real world. After participating in a Q&A with the panelists, audience members will have a chance to meet and talk with them during a reception with light refreshments.
