Need to vent? Feel like you don't have others to talk to about a topic? Feeling stressed? Active Minds at Ithaca College will be hosting Free Listening sessions today from 4-5 pm outside The Pub on the tables. Look for our cardboard sign that says "Free Listening"!
We are there to provide a listening ear and be non-judgmental. A sticker will be offered to those who talk to us.
This workshop features a series of activities and conversation prompts to encourage student discussions surrounding safer alcohol use, effects of alcohol, and taking action during an alcohol-related emergency.
