The workshop focuses on risk awareness and prevention, physical defense, and developing self-reliance, all targeted specifically toward empowering participants. The first session will include instructional training and practical application. During the second session you will use this knowledge as you practice hands on, scenario based training with real people. Back by Popular Demand: Pure Essence Vibrations Returns for Sound Healing!

Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses vibrations generated by voices as well as instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, drums, tuning forks, and rattles. Pure Essence Vibrations is returning to Ithaca College by popular request on May 1st from 5 to 6 in Muller Chapel, offering a second opportunity for sound healing. Come and immerse yourself in an hour-long sound immersion and meditation to rest and recharge! This program is open to everyone in the IC community. No prior experience with meditation is needed.
