Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses vibrations generated by voices as well as instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, drums, tuning forks, and rattles. Come and immerse yourself in an hour-long sound immersion and meditation to rest and recharge! This program is open to everyone in the IC community. No prior experience with meditation is needed.
