TNT Radio Productions is hosting a playwriting competition on September 5th. The exciting catch: it’s a rapid 120-minute quick writing challenge. The playwrights only have 120 minutes to write a 10-minute play based on a mystery prompt. The winner will have a short script of theirs (under thirty minutes and hopefully not written in 120 minutes) produced by TNT!
Welcome, incoming first-year students! This event will serve as a brief introduction to what you might be able to expect as LGBTQ+ students at Ithaca College, as well as to Spectrum as a club. Members of the executive board will take some time to introduce ourselves to you all, share some of our experiences as queer and trans students at IC, and talk about the (rather unprecedented) semester ahead. We want this to be a time for you to get a feel for the campus community (as much as is possible via Zoom) and ask any questions that you may have.

In this time of protests and pandemics, some talented IC students want to express the range of emotions they are experiencing, through song, dance, and visual art. Several current IC students will share video performances, and there will be a chance for all participants to join a discussion to express themselves, raise awareness and come together.
