Join us for an engaging talk on Closing the Gap: Strategies for Advancing Gender Equity in the Workplace, a research project coauthored by two faculty members and an IC student. Discover evidence-based strategies that U.S. companies are using to promote gender equity—from mentorship and sponsorship programs to flexible work policies and measurable GE targets.

Sleep Hygiene (Leading Self)

This workshop will teach students the importance of sleep and various influences on sleep quality. Students will also learn the importance of avoiding sleep deprivation and gain knowledge about action they can take to improve their sleep. What is Harm Reduction? What does it have to do with me? Whether you want to be more educated on how coffee works or learn how psychedelics interact with medications, this presentation is for you. This presentation will provide resources and insight on where to access information on safer drug use and how to utilize it. Managing Stress (Leading Self)

During this workshop, students will participate in small group discussions and brainstorms to identify healthy stress coping mechanisms.
