During our regular bi-weekly meeting, we will be hosting elections. To run for President or Secretary, you must be able to fill out this form for the position you are interested in, and be able to attend this meeting. Those elected will be announced via email and on our socials within 48 hours of the meeting. Our community bonding activity will be a neurodivergent-friendly study session.
Feeling overwhelmed? Nervous about finals? Have a lot on your plate and not sure how to destress? Come to Active Minds at Ithaca College's Stress Less Fest! Out on the Academic Quads we will have various stations relating to unique ways to de-stress. Some examples of stations include painting/drawing/coloring, bubbles, snacks and light refreshments, music, fidget toys, and more to be announced. A giveaway will be held at the first 3 half hour marks of the event for those who register with our chapter on Engage.
Join Mindful IC for meditation in Muller Chapel. No experience is necessary; guidance is always offered. After the meditation ends at 12:30, there will be the opportunity for discussion until 12:45 PM. If you have questions please contact Diana Dimitrova.
Join the Ithaca College chapter of Students Against Destructive Decisions at our weekly meeting time. During these meetings we will work together on planning different student-led, peer to peer outreach focused on topics such as traffic safety, substance abuse prevention, and personal health and wellness decision making.
Meetings are open, and we encourage individuals that are interested in joining our organization to join us!
Through interactive activities and small group conversations, students will learn about the components and forms of cannabis, serving sizes, quality control, bystander interventions, and safer use.
