Pond Reflections

Muller Chapel
Adding Pond Reflections to your weekly schedule will ensure that you have an allotted time to focus on wellness and self. Overlooking the beautiful Chapel Pond, Muller Chapel is the perfect indoor space to take advantage of a beautiful outdoor view. Spending time in nature, or observing nature, has been shown to have health benefits. With cell phones on silent, this time at the chapel is dedicated to being the perfect environment for activities such as meditation, observation, and breath work.
